You can use these to withdraw from your Paypal and Skrill and also verify your paypal without even loading a single cent in the vcc

Empty VCC + Iban: $15

You can load the VCC using the Iban or BTC or credit card

There is no Control Panel linked to it

If you have trust issues, there are 100 other sellers on this forum you can try, if you can find a seller who will give you a control panel without going to a bank good for you. and I am not asking anyone to do anything, it's all up to you and you alone.

What UK bank are IBANs related to? Is it not illegal to sell and use such cards in UK? Don't get me wrong I'm just checking.
