I'm having a problem myself with BitInstant. I've sent multiple emails to support, info, all the C-Level execs, there is no "live chat", even left a message..NOTHING!! Customer service is not BI's strong point.
Anyway yesterday at 3:00 PM PST I sent 2 money transfers to fund my BTC account to be paid by BTC Address..First one posted fine, second one had the amount of the transfer on the end on the BTC Address string. So it can't be read.. Status reads
