Solutions such as OpenBazaar will stand or fall based on how accessible the user interface is. The first iteration of this project was a bit rough around the edges, and OpenBazaar 2.0 will get a major design overhaul. Making the process to buy and sell goods on the platform a lot simpler will help the project gain even more traction over time.

This is good news that improvements are being made and I like the idea of a built-in Bitcoin wallet making it easier for people unfamiliar to bitcoin to make purchases.

Well, I hope they improve the search function, because a lot of third party services are trying to do it, without much success. So people already reported that they could not find their offerings when they

used these sites. I have to agree with the statement that it needs to be a whole lot more user-friendly than it is now, for it to make a difference. Let's hope they find a good GUI for the next release. The

success is not just in it's decentralized nature, but how easy people find it's use.

yep. how usable it is is the number one thing. i gave it a try when it came out. i couldn't search for anything and really couldn't figure very much out at all and it threw up some type of technical error.

it's gonna get better and better no doubt. are there any published stats about the number of sales and people using it?
