You need to have a balance on the card and NOT each bin will work it's a bit tricky but if you know how to use it it will work!

And yes there need to be a certain ammount on the card.

Can someone please help me on how to use an ebay gift card? I see there are some requirements from Paypal and ebay.

From what I could find, is that both the accounts on ebay and paypal should be USA accounts. Also, there needs to be a credit card attached to paypal.

So, I bought a 0$ balance virtual credit card and added it to paypal and tried to redeem the gift card but for some reason it would not redeem and gives me an error.

Now someone told me there should be atleast 10$ in the credit card attached to paypal, but im not sure.

Can someone please tell me how exactly can i get it to work?

Ebay gift card will work with a verified US paypal account and US ebay account which a real bank account and credit card attached and verified
