less than a day before the halving, never seen a block so slow - block 419860 to 419861 - 74m 10s, why?

Just statistics variance... now u have newest block 16 minutes ago and 15 minutes ago Wink ... block in 1 minute...
So 1 minute to 74 minute and get some other values here, average will be 10 minutes as designed.
