If B) is the case then I will draw these conclusions:

1) "final price will be more or less 1 ETH: 100 FBT" - this was not accurate statement. Nobody knows what price will be after crowd sale ends and  trade on exchanges opens. The only way to "know" is to keep the peg (1ETH: 100FBT)... but yes - it makes little scene AFTER  crowd sale.
2)  on August 23, 2016, 10:33:59 PM post you approved that C) was correct assumption

C) FBT  converted from EHT after project lunches:

No it won't behave like a put. The ratio we are referring to simply means during the crowdsale process we will end up the conversion rate at level to exact 1:100 ratio.

Cheating has been an issue in the gaming industry from day one and continues to negatively affect competitive gaming.
To combat this risk, FirstBlood will deploy a decentralized adjudication system (Jury Voting Portal or JVP) to deal with in-game disputes.
A deposit fee will be required from the player who opens the dispute.
This fee will be used pay a randomized jury to adjudicate the claim.
