I gave up last year after 22 years. To aid with stopping, every time I wanted a ciggie - I substituted by eating some food, of course I initially put on some weight, but soon lost it and am now smoke free

Smoking can be harmful or helpful, but still nice. Especially when you want to relax or after nervous moments in life, like smoke. It is clear that it is almost like a drug, but very pleasant.

Occasionally when I'm stressed. I try not to though, becuase of the health negatives. I never really crave it, just have one every now and then when stressed (I can go weeks without and then just randomly have one)

I am a smoker for over 17 years. I smoke 1 pack a day from monday to friday but in weekend when you know...beer, whiskey, clubbing that number is higher ).

Somebody talked about comparison and here is mine:
pack price in my country for what i smoke(kent long classic) is around 3,5euro and medium national salary is around 467 euro.
is US,  i see is from 6-10$ and medium national salary is like 3164$ so yeah, is good to live in US if you are a smoker )

Smoking is not good for health. So I do not smoke. However, i do love smoking weed. According to many types of research, weed is good for health and can cure many diseases. Weed also help to improve your mind and increase your IQ. However, laziness is one of the bad effects when using weed. i think you should try it

It turns out that a few years of a healthy lifestyle without cigarettes and alcohol, may be in the car to save money. Of course not everyone can agree on this, but it is theoretically possible.

Recently dens tubes have become quite famous in certain circles. Therefore, the tobacco can be grown at home and buy a quality in specialty shops. This stuff is now very much.

Nope I don’t smoke, basically because I don’t like the smell of cigarettes at all I find it to be a very disgusting smell
