Hi. I am a cigarette smoker too. The very 1st puff was this same month 10yrs ago. I began with a single stick a day, and was completely confident that I can stop anytime I wanted to. I tried vape for 3-4 months but quitted vape and started smoking again. I think I'm gonna be a smoker til i can. For non-smokers, well done and hope u stay that way.
