COINBASE WATCHOUT NO SUPPORT AND NO MONEY!!!

So Coinbase ADD credit cards in their services. NICE
I tried to use on June 29Th as the website said my bitcoins would arrive instantly in my account. So I made the transaction. Perhaps my BTC balance still pending until TODAY My card was charge on 29th so why you guys keep my money and don't give the service?

So I open a customer case on the june 30 and they recognize the problem but it's been more than a week they don't give my money back or refund my credit card/
