If you have a program like what http://bitcoinplus.com/ is offering and make it run on every cybercafe in India, you will be minting. The output is very small for individuals to collect and ask... This site is offering withdrawals only after you mine 0.01, so many will take months to generate and ask for withdrawals. By that time you have minted enough.

Git has some JS miners. Have not had the time to look at them. May be a good answer to this. But unless we have the explicit permission of the owner of the computer, it is the equivalent of spreading a virus and I would urge people not to take that route as it is not very healthy for Bitcoin's progress. Another way of doing this easily would be to setup miners across different location and use workers from a specific pool. Cryptos.Worker2 is for anyone here to use . Slushs Pool. Thank u Nilam & Benson, Today many cyber-cafes are running under a loss. If a programme is offered to cyber-cafe owners to use their CPUs during Non-business hours for mining...how will it work out..?

CPU's may not work out, unless they mine litecoin and exchange on BTC-e but GPU's may do well until ASICS dominates.

I have 5870 graphics card, which i used for mining only, for sale. How many are ready to buy the used cards from me or new cards from shop to mine bitcoins?
mining pool for India is a useless thing. We dont need "OUR OWN MINING POOL" to not depend on other countries. The recent price increase caused loss due to mining in to profitable now. Due to new ASIC, abcd, xyz....... bitcoin mining becoming a expensive thing.
Maybe we do a simple but a complex thing. Create an alternative crypto currency for India. Incoin, Indcoin......... use CPU or GPU to mine it & create a market, create demand, create easy transaction....... a complex thing.

Dishwara,
It is not possible to create a new blockchain without bringing some innovation, if you really want it to pick up.
What do we want to do differently for an Indian altcoin - Include proof of stake or some hybrid of POW and POS or something else like timekoin?
Bitcoin like distribution or something different? Lot of people wanted a sigmoid distribution and not a pure exponential reduction of generation of coins.
Copy present code or write a proper spec and then discuss it and after that, float the coin?
There are tons of questions to be answered instead of just jumping in crying out "Bharat Mata ki Jai", No offence to anyone.

I tried bitcoinplus pool and installed their code on blog too. I think such website based java applets dont earn much. So thinking about if any mining pool has portable application.

Try the 50miner. http://50miner.org/ Its quite stable and no trojans/ keyloggers when I had scanned my download. Supports multiple pools and nice easy interface. Also has inbuilt overclocking options in a GUI.
