does alcurex have an withdrawal history and does it show the transaction ID?

If so, check the transaction at the block explorer. If it's not there, alcurex is to blame. If it is and the address is right, there is another problem

Hi, you click the withdraw confirmation link that alcurex send to you email? the chain is not stuck is moving good.

Yes , I did it and the confirmation link was ok. I know that .  But no transaction from the exchange.  

I had the same problem yesterday. Withdraw took around 12 hours. I guess hot wallet is empty and you must wait until they send coins from cold wallet. (check left corner on balances page (on Alcurex))
