Predict the price: Halving day 2020

I can say price will be atleast more than $1000 or even near $1500. Still 4 years gap is there so price may even go higher and it may not remain below 1000 anymore by that time.

If we're looking at the first halving that took place, the increase was 100x compared to the halving year. If the same thing happens now, it means.... $60k next winter. It'd be sooo awesome but I doubt it's going to happen.

is still very difficult to predict the price of bitcoin on the market in 2020. is still very far away because bitcoin prices are hard to predict. the current bitcoin development continues to increase and is also positive.

Back in the early days when the first block halving happened, Bitcoin was barely worth anything, and the money involved in Bitcoin back then was not even 1% of what it is right now. Every increase that we will experience from now on, will be small compared to how it was. We have to get over that.

I will predict price range of $ 1400-1500 for Bitcoin. Why price will not be so huge I have my point of view on this. Bitcoin is considered digital currency which prevents the huge increase in price. I think if price crosses over $ 2000 then it will make Bitcoin more a digital asset than digital currency. Which will make the adoption procedure much more slower. A fair price range will always attract new people to make some investment.

Be carefull where you wish for, the transaction fees keep on rising.

I truly hope it will be both, and feel stupid in retrospective that we were trying to quantify it as the one or the other: is the Internet for email or 'adult entertainment'?

That would mean that the price needs to increase with more than $1000 per year in order to make your prediction become reality. It's not going to happen. We must be happy if we are sitting above the $1000 price level by that time.

Yes maybe in 2020 bitcoin prices will reach $ 1,000. But it will happen if bitcoin continues to experience growth and price fluctuations do not fall too far as in the previous year. If the price fluctuation is stable and tends to rise, and more people are using bitcoin would be able to reach that price.

If scaling issues are solved, mainstream investors are getting in and governments don't actively try to stop it, 5K$. A lot can happen in ~4 years though.

I dont think the price of the bitcoin will drop that low if there is coming a halving soon becuase i dont think there are many factors that can drop the price if the halving is there.

The price is going to keep growing but nobody knows when things are going to skyrocket. Im predicting that we will soon start going towards the unavoidable new ATH when we have segwit functioning. Beyond that, sky's the limit.

For now we are still growing but not so fast we are just growing gradually more people are investing and more people discover this currency online..
So this year until 2020 we will see that the price will increase more. since we are seen the price before until now they are different but for those newbie they didnt experience 1k value of bitcoin.. if i am lucky  that i know bitcoins before when the price is below hundress or even just tens.. i think i will buy lots of bitcoin and hold it for a long time.

I think the price of bitcoin will be somewhere around the 1600 range in 2020. I don't know why, guess it's just gut feelings

it is such a hard prediction to make but i'll give it a shot in order to come back to this post in 4 years and look how close i was to the real price of that time.

i predict $2500
