Anyone notice this, why are rewards not being payed out at 12.5?

They are - just a bug in blockchain.info! Guess they will fix quickly as is rather embarrassing!
Hope the code on their wallet is better reviewed/tested!

It seems to be a blockchain.info explorer bug, other explorers are clearly showing the 12.5BTC/block reward.
