I like to think of myself as an honest person. My honest advice to you on investing in casinos or sportsbooks is not to bother.

Sure people make money doing it but I've seen too many horror stories where people lose lots of money. Casinos running away with investors funds etc, it's just not worth it imo.

if you can take the risk why not, but take it as letting go of your money before proceeding make sure that you are ready to lose that investment a simple thought mate think of it that you just bought a big box of pizza and finish it all alone, so you will not think too much when the house wins that month surely you will earn together with them and you have another slice if you lose, you will not think of anything because you already finish it.

That's why i find it very wrong to invest in a gambling site.
Not only does it seems too risky I seem it unfit as a profitable investment because from birth I distrust anything that has to do with gambling.

Yes, Investing is not a big deal in gambling, for this we need to do a lot of homework. And we have to collect full information on which site we are going to invest. If that site is making good revenue in a couple of years or not, everything is perfect then you can invest on that site. But I am not sure that you can make money here. It's less profit method in gambling.

When we invest under house sometimes I wonder about this ( though I am not blaming anyone or doubting anyone ) : What if owner alters the profit and hence keep a big chunk of profits ? It is common for any greedy person to manipulate for his own benefits.

But that been said, yes you loose less when the house looses but you win also less when the house wins, so that is not a real benefit. Yes, though it is always much better than gambling, given that your partner site is honest . The big challenge here again is finding out a site which remains honest for ever.

As others have pointed out, there's no such thing as a "guaranteed" investment.  Any investment that claims to be guaranteed is either lying, clueless, or an outright scam.  That being said, some gambling sites are better to invest in than others but there are risks involved.

I agree with others that the biggest risk is finding an honest site with honest owners who aren't just going to disappear with your Bitcoins.  Another huge risk is hackers and the security of the site you invest in.  The returns/payouts don't matter if the site gets hacked and the house bankroll disappears.  Whales/High Rollers are a smaller concern, any big win isn't good for your investment for the short-term, but it should still work out long term as investing in gambling sites is a long term play on the house edge.

I started investing a little with the site in my signature and so far I am happy with it, even though most of my profit has been wiped out (short term).  The minimum is only 0.01btc and you can invest or divest (end your investment) at any time.  This comes in real handy if you notice a high roller starting to bet big, you can end your investment (and lower your risk) and wait for the high roller to finish playing then invest your money again.  Takes time to manage but works well if you want to invest in gambling sites and want to minimize risk at the same time.  Another thing I've noticed is that weekends seem to be a better time to invest... more people playing means the house edge/odds are more pronounced over a shorter period of time (your chances of making a profit short-term are increased but risk of losing also goes up).

Personally I like the idea of investing with gambling sites...but ONLY if you are investing for the long term (and if you're gonna gamble, might as well pick the side with a mathematical edge).

For short term investments, I've started playing with a couple btc lending platforms... I lend out btc for a small percentage return.  Sure there are risks with this too, but when you've got btc doing nothing, getting a small percentage every couple days is a whole lot better than nothing.

But the problem is how we can find those site that they are giving honest and provably fair. i think even those trusted site can be run away or giving frauds for any investors.. And i think investing is not the best way to  make a profit.. if you really want to earn for your money why dont you try to look for other safe method like making blog..

in my opinion, if you are ready to start investing on any kind of investing program, then you are ready to lose all of your money. but if somehow in the end you have all your money plus some profit, then you are luck.

i think better you can find one investing programs that really good and work for you. read carefully what they offer, do not miss single part of the info, and make a decision, ready or not. if you not sure, then my suggestion is do not invest.

You started this topic like you know you will lose your money. You need to have more faith in what ever you choose to invest, you have negative attitude and that is bad for business. Work on that first.
Like everyone said, there is no risk free investment, so what ever you do, you need to take some risks. So stop crying, have negative thoughts, etc.. simply inform yourself best you can, and do it.
Casinos are always good investment, and I think its long term investment. You will not have good income always, its gambling, sometimes its going to be high, sometimes low. Depends from people who play there, how much they play and how much they win or lose.

-site being hacked
-site owner leaving with the coins

Appart from those two possibilities, you should be perfectly fine
