You are completely right, ponzis can only victimize desperate people which eventually make them stupid because they are in need of so much money and can be easily be deceived in a program that is so good to be true like ponzis.

That is not too deep reasoning man, in general gambling sites are profitable so that jackpot lose by the sites would only happen once in a blue moon, remember that thousands of gamblers are losing and only few have won, it could always mean profit for you if you invest.

I'd imagine that jackpots are funded from 'rake' (small portion of each bet) rather than being paid from invested funds upon winning, and as such they're not really a concern for investors as hitting jackpot won't cause any harm (they already paid for it by earning slightly smaller profits).

I agree that losing bitcoin by investment is a good learning experience. I have played around bitcoins for years and i have lost a lot a lot. I have invested in shares of some companies and the shares are now barely worth anything. I also have invested in HYIP, casino, alt coins etc. Most of them ended up in losses but at least now i know how to move forward too.

Once you enter gambling just make sure you just use your money that you can really afford to lose so if you lose you will not blame anyone. Because for me trading is much better than gambling, in trading we will just wait to become rise or become low. But it will really take more time, but surely you will gain profit.

Betting can be very profitable if just know what you are doing. Before going to do your first trade, I'd suggest to make your homework first and master the fundamental and technical side of it. I am not really good at trading and that is the reason why I don't trade that hard because I just don't have the luxury of time studying it for now - maybe one of these days when I have more savings and time

From what I've heard, read, and thought about, surely the opposite is true? Surely you're bound to make money long term since the house has an edge all the time? Short term someone lucky could ruin the bankroll, but averaging out over a long time you'll make your loss back, no? Your point sounds a bit weird to me, as the overriding sentiment I've heard on the matter is that you can hold on through short term loss to long term gain.

that can happen but imagine how many gamblers play every day and lose, by the time a high roller
hits a jackpot you already earned more than what you invested on that site, plus i don't think a online

Therefore, he wants to get money from those who deposit and gamble, and also from those who will invest. Why I say this is because the owner has all the resources to manipulate the rolls to make loses or wins. For gamblers, he can manipulate the rolls so that they lose, and for those who invest, he can pretend as a player and manipulate the rolls to win. Well, this is totally wrong. The one you are referring to are usually those unreliable sites. For those famous investment gambling sites, every bet can be proven to be fair. They do rewards their investors according to the profit but they too take a share of it.

If that's the case, than it is almost risk free as long as you don't get thieved by the casino owners.

Sure there were casinos which went bankrupt by some whales in the past but that's a rare occasion. Even though, you should be cautious and shouldn't invest too much.

first of all, the casinos are not exactly a company to buy "shares" and make profit from them. besides what do you think you are doing when you invest bitcoin in the bankroll? you become a share-holder because you are now a part of the investors in the casino and share in the profit based on the percentage of the bankroll you are providing.
