Need a loan for 0.4624..selling my stock cert and need 2 weeks

Doing a private sell of my stock certificate and it takes 2 weeks for the transfer agent to have it transferred to the buyers name..i can show the cert under my name if needed thanks....

You absolutely have to give more details:  What stock, what country you're in, who the transfer agent is, etc. etc.

Is the TA computershare by any chance?

Yes the symbol is CKMY  car monkeys (formally DELAINE CORP.) Trading about 6 cents..Transfer agent is island transfer...have it for 3 years but im leting it go The buyer is willing to sit on it untill it starts mature..quarter mill shares..........im in the states

Oh yeah, you were trying to use those shares as collateral for a loan a few months back, if I'm not mistaken.  No one was really interested, and I checked on the stock at the time and there was like no market for it.  Much like most OTC-traded shares.  I'm surprised you even have a certificate for it.  I doubt you're going to get much interest in buying it unfortunately.

yes u might be right..sumone wants it and willing to sit on it..the companys is making money..they just looking for infusion of funds to do I.T. work..it will be a good stock.i just dont have the time..he is giving me a good fair price on it..
