Now that many people left this signature campaign I think there is at least one open spot for special pay rate. As the most famous tipster of the forum I want to apply for that spot if possible.

Someone should read the rules first, and then if they meet all the requirements, they should apply. You don't seem to be a fan of that I guess, because its clearly stated in the rules that:

★ If you have negative trust on level 2 default trust setting, you aren't allowed to participate in this campaign.

And you are still asking to get a slot while you have a negative trust on you.

I got that one non valid negative feedback while I was already in the signature and the direction decided to go on, I notified the manager the moment I got it, and thankfully he is one of the most OBJECTIVE signature campaign MANAGER out there, if not the most OBJECTIVE of all. He judged from my posting history, me never cheating someone, and me contributing greatly to the GAMBLING discussion with my tipping thread.

Dont bother inquiring about the state of this campaign and it's partner BITVEST, We have a very rude and to be honest incapable Campaign manager who doesn inform the participants on what's going on, There is enough funds in the wallet to pay us but its been almost EIGHT weeks since we got paid but he doesn't seem to bother care at all and with his laziness, he  has held the participants hostages. If the participants work hard and manage to post around 20-60 post a week, Please respect and pay us. You are indeed a cunt Lutpin and a shite.

YES. And why shouldn't I ? Because some person ill minded think we are still in early 2016 ? No I got paid because I give a lot of views to the 777 campaign with my tipping thread and I do not cheat, never cheated and will never cheat anyone.
The manager here is one of the best but as every human being in the world he has some problems, stop calling him things, everyone will get paid in the end like always.

I have been wearing this signature, avatar, and have carefully followed all of the rules listed in the OP. Several days have passed and I'm not certain if I have even been accepted (yet alone paid). I have also sent private messages to several people, including the campaign manager and owner, but have received no response. To that end, I will be removing the signature, avatar, and personal quote text until someone with the proper authority confirms my acceptance into this campaign. Additionally, I would gladly accept bi-weekly or even monthly payments if it had stated so in the OP. Please let me know if I will be accepted and compensated for my time until this point, and I will gladly begin wearing the signature again. Thanks for your understanding!

You can go ahead with the blind loyalty but doesn’t explain why he isn’t paying the members of this campaign even when there are funds to do so. He will come here and tell members to forgive him even though he is going to do the same thing again and again. If he feels he isn’t up to the job he should just tell campaign owner and resign. Members of the Bitlender are not being paid as well because of his incompetence and he comes online and doesn’t even bother to say anything. What he is doing is wrong and your are saying he is a trusted member. Bullshit.
