My Betcoin.ag review

I thought I'd share my honest opinion about the site after a few months playing there. I'll break down the three sections and give an overall opinion.

The casino:

The casino can be very frustrating at times. While overall I think the games are legit, the lag ruins it. Many times it will take between 10-30 seconds for a card to flip over or roulette wheel to spin. Also network disconnections happen pretty frequently too. On one instance I was hold 5-5 against a 6 at blackjack and doubled down. The game disconnected before a card was dealt and when I returned the bet was refunded. Overall I'd score it 6/10

Poker:

While only playing for few hours at the poker, it seemed pretty solid and okay. The biggest problem was the lag and speed of the game. Back when Internet poker was legal I wouldn't have entertained this place, but it's okay for what is available. 6/10

Sportsbook:

This is where I had my biggest problem and major gripe with. I placed numerous bets that were taken and then returned back to my account for no reason. Last night I placed a decent sized wager on a UFC fight and it kept being returned. I placed a smaller bet on the fight before this one and it was taken no problem. Four times I tried to place the bet and even tried for a lower amount, even half a BTC wouldn't be taken. Obviously the bet I wanted to place won and I wasn't pleased about it. I had planned on using this place when football season starts up, but not now, I don't trust them not to screw up. 1/10

Admin/Payouts:

I had a problem on every decent sized payout apart from one. I would cash out between 4-8 bitcoins when winning and would have to wait between 15-20 hours. Multiple times using the chat and being fed the same BS. They leave the option to cancel your request in the hope you do in that timeframe. It states usually four hours up to 24 hours. It was never close to four hours. The admin in general were very poor, apart from one guy that used the chat room. Plo8 was always very helpful and a good guy. 3/10

Overall it's an okay site and from what I could tell on the up and up. The sportbook left a bitter taste in my mouth and I've decided to quit playing there all together now.

Nice review. I agree with you, the speed and disconnection problems annoy me to.

You mentioned twice in your review that the lag was causing problems for you.  I've never experienced any lag like you were describing.  Is it possible that it was your connection that was causing the issues?  If it was, it wouldn't be fair to negatively review Betcoin.ag for that.  It also could just be that you were just playing at a high volume time and I wasn't.

There was a definite lag when I first played there. After saying I wouldn't play there again, I checked back today. They announced the lag had been fixed, so I guess I wasn't the only one to experience this. The casino games have been fixed and run a lot smoother.

The sportbook on the other hand should be closed down. Over the weekend bets were returned, and today the maximum amounts you can bet are embarrassing. Anyone serious about sports betting should avoid this place. All my bets were deemed to big, even a bet for half a Bitcoin($330) This bet was on a European qualifying soccer game.

So my opinion has changed slightly. If you like casino games, they run a lot smoother. Sports betting, I'd avoid all together. The poker is okay, just needs room to grow a bit, and attract more players. I don't dislike the site, or think it's rigged. It does need some major changes though.

Hi Please before deposit on this site read this:

I Have made some profit on betcoin.ag sportbook and casino. Therefore they blocked my possibility to place a single bet on sportbook and my withdrawals was so long, I was required to "beg" them my money back. Fortunately they have paid BUT I dislike this disrespect.

All poker/casino/sportbook sites must make money to live and that's correct but that's unfair to prevent players as soon as they wan ( around 1BTC) so not a fortune.

I have opened an account on 80% bookmakers available in the world except russians and asian's. They can limit you after some weeks if you make profit and that's fair but limit means reasonable stakes. On Betcoin.ag I cannot stake anything (0,00000BTC).

To finish my council if you want to gamble some bitcoins it's to play on nitrogensports.eu because they are awesome even if you win or lose. I have been lucky on Dice, some parlays on sportbook (few times 2/3/4 BTC) and wan on poker too ( I have some skills on gambling or it seems too) and they always paid me in a short time. I never needed to ask them for a payment.

Slow cash out transaction from Betcoin.ag is not a breaking news actually. Not sure why they need to hold the cash out from 5-12 hours before BTC arrives to your specified BTC address, it's really not a good user experience. That's why Betcoin.ag is in the bottom of my list to visit and play some poker of bet on my favorites sports.

yeah I think it's a good decision, many gambling sites that already use auto payout, so you are very right decision leaving those gambling sites that use the system manually payout looks very underdeveloped

LOL. Great way to describe it for sure. Shitty is the best one I can think of too. They still have that scam accusation and still try to promote their website here on the forums. Maybe they are just trying to get back what they spent on the creation of the website and looking to exit once they get to earn enough to disappear into the Bahamas.
