Well even if it's not manipulated, I think your chances with dice remains the same. For me dice is one of those games where you have the highest chance to lose money. I agree, one should never expect to win big with any gambling, dice included. But I don't think that if you are having many consecutive losses the site owners should be called cheaters or scammers. If you play on a provably fair site you should check every bet if you have doubts before starting accusing the owners.

Maybe he earned it for some time not just one gambling session only. And he is a type of person who has a patience of doing it. He did it little by little until he reach that amount. Tbh I don't really have any strategy , I played random multiplier , 40% - 0.1 % . Example if you hunting for 1% chance (100× payout) I will calculate my capital and make sure my capital can run for around 80-100 rolls . I called my strategy , play slow bet low win big.  😝 Once you hit the payout change your multiplier. Don't stick to same multiplier too long. Goodluck trying! 😁
