Litecoin is a little faster today but not tomorrow. Litecoin was made because people had sour grapes about the mining power required for BTC. The CPU users are still burned already and the GPU users just want their rigs to give them more life. But ASIC mining is a much better answer for the currency.

When litecoin is up to the popularity and lifespan of Bitcoin it will be equally slow if not more so because it intentionally blocks super fast ASIC mining.

Let's take a chill pill. LTC gained real value in the last two weeks. On top of that, SR has been around for a good while, and Atlantis has just recently popped up (to my knowledge, I first read about it today). So let's take a deep breath. A crypto with a $500+ million market cap isn't just going to disappear because a smaller, just recently viable one has a website for weed.  Roll Eyes

You guys keep thinking about the value of the coins, but not what they have to offer

The value is a very important indicator to commodity markets that trade things people actually want. You might be confused about the significance of valuation because of the purely speculative bubble that is litecoin, and the way it just crashed > 30% for no reason.

And you keep making retarded posts. "Bitcoin is dead" title threw me off right away, then I read the post, and halfway through I saw the OP name and it all made sense.

Things are going a certain way, your post achieves nothing.

+1

OP : Your ignore button is getting more and more yellow.. as you post count grow.. Maybe it's time to revise your way to tell stuff to others !

The time between btc blocks was placed that way for a reason. You can't just create a new currency and call it better because it has increased speed on block creation. That being said, whoever created btc was obviously very skilled. I have more faith in that person then someone who took the source code and made a few changes, and called it better. It's going to take something more then that for a alt coin to gain any traction.

Simran sounds like CoinHunter.  Litecoin is totally ready for Bitcoin's collapse!

Recommended Exchanges: Binance.com | CelsiusNetwork
GPG ID: 4880D85C | 1% Escrow | 8% IPO/ICO Escrow services Temporarily Closed | Bitcointalk is the ONLY place where I use this name (No Skype/IRC/YIM/AIM/etc) | 13CsmTqGNwvFXb7tD9yFvJcEYCDTB8wQTS | Beware of these SCAM sites! | *Sponsored Link

This place is 100000x better than the official wannabe BTC-Talk forum.

Btw, if smoothie is here, I'll still be around, Mr. Troll Busta.

Not to mention, we're in the "Alternate cryptocurrencies" section.

Then what's the purpose of this section? I might as well post this in the general section.
