there is a big question mark in my head really How could he make a coin while he cant even make his own signature? here are lots of signature campaign managers working around to help people like you who want to run signature campaigns but have no signature campaign.
if you don't have any experience about signature campaign then believe me you can't run the campaign properly.
you must hire a good campaign manager who can manage the campaign for you. if you have that much funds to pay signature participants then there is no issue to pay a small fee to a manager to do his job.

Good to see you make some changes with your signatures styles and by the way as you can observe the altcoins campaign here are not really appealing to the public and only few people are joining since BTC payments are more appealing to them.

You just look at to yoc coin sig campaign they are  paying in btc form thats why they get many advertisers join them,
