Sooner or later miners in China will be replaced in the list of the top ten major mining center in the world. Europe are now moving and establishing solar powered bitcoin mining farms and if they will succeed they will soon overtake China.

Even if not all the companies that are investing in bitcoin mining farms are not fully Chinese, the ones that are starting are moving there, they have their base company where the bitcoin is mined in china because the electricity is cheap and they get their profit from selling or exchanging it out of china, just like offshoring profits like panama papers if you know about them, and they make millions of dollars out of it.
