The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

If it does, I hope enough people who get it use Bitcoin and try to force it to stay at that price for a long time. I mean, it did stay between 10 and 15USD for a while. Was there maybe someone trying to make it hit $13.37?
