I have to make 5 posts to be able to post elsewhere. So, this is my second post, since it is so incredibly stupid that I have to do this to inquire about a service that may be scamming money off the people right now.

nobody said you have to do it.  You could also send out postcards, get some billboards, prime time TV ads, some of those crazy wacky flailing inflatable arm tube men, and oh... yeah... 5 posts that's not too bad sounding now really.

You can ask for whitelisting in the appropriate thread, even if you don't have 5 posts. Especially so if you have something important to discuss and have already created a thread for it.
