of course it does not guarantee that you will get repayment, since loan amount higher then collateral value.

In need to pay a tutor and £20 will cover it?
It's generally fine if you think that he should pay back then he should, though I've had people default on the loans that I've given out after doing tests on their accounts to check that it is good to loan to them.
You now have to hope that he does pay back, otherwise you'll have to try to sellthat account on this forum and may lose money because of it!

Yes, its too big. If you saw torry28 msg, that account just worth around 0.033 btc because that account has poor post quality and also, if you look more carefully on his trust account, someone said if he was promoted ponzi.
