Beware of MoonBit.co.in (support) guys!

I claimed over 100 days every day on this faucet site, but then suddenly I got banned when I claimed to much!

The support e-mail-address enquiries@moonbit.co.in is a scam because you get no answer from them! I send like 3 e-mails to them but now, after around 10 days, I still got no answer, even though he said on his site that mails will be answered in around 48 hours!

Even the admin, baztardo(Profile link) on this forum, does not answer to PMs send to him, even though he got online several times! He just ignores me!

I would suggest to be extreme careful when using this site, because you can easily be banned without any reason!

He still owes me, if I got not frozen, around 100,000 Satoshi (I estimate this), but my balance isn't updating anymore, because it got frozen without a good reason! Angry
This may seem not too much, but for me it is because I got just started with Bitcoin.

The admins support is just a scam!! Do think twice before wasting time on this site, just to get banned when you finally receive a decent amount per claim!

Stay away from MoonBit.co.in (support) scam!

This was previously discussed here.
It appears that the admin of the site is not rresponding to all forms of communications sent to admin from the OP.
It would be helpful if someone on DT could flag admin's account with a negative feedback in order for them to respons, for the admin of that site to actually respond to this request or for any member on the forum to give us useful infomation about this (and if OP could onfirm actual or estimated figures for the Bitcoin he is owe then that would also be useful)!

I updated the post above with an estimate amount he owes me. It might not seem much, but for me, a Bitcoin beginner, it is I believe...

No, I did not use a vpn or multiple id to claim from his site. I always used 1 Btc-address and no vpn, so I don't think there was a reason to ban me.
I'm just waiting on a response from the owner.

Did you ever turn off your router for more than 24 hours?
If so, the IP may change automatically if you use another IP accidently.
The owner doesn't seem to have given a response to this yet also? I'd suppose they stop any negative reputation at all costs!

Even if this was the case, Most of us don't have static IP addresses so a minor change in the IP address should not be counted as cheating.

If you keep a modem on all the time then the IP is automatically static.
I was pointing this out as a way of having an IP address that uncontrollably changes as the lookup protocol when turning on a modem cannot give the same IP every time (in most cases it does).
There are many people, however, who do leave modems running all the time so their IP won't change while the router is online!

\This is not correct. Your ip address is beyond your control and can be released / renewed by your internet company for any number of reasons. Unless you pay for a static ip from them, they can change it at will. I spent 10 years working at an isp and can verify that not only from that experience but also with my current provider... they change my ip once a month or every other month or so.

No, my modem is running 24/7, but the modem is from the isp and you can only control it (port forwarding etc.) using their site. They assign you almost-static ip-addresses, because even if my modem restarts, I get the same ip-address, but every 3-5 months they will force the modem to obtain a new ip-address and everybody gets a new one, but that normally can't be a problem...
And no, he has not responded yet, and he obviously doesn't care about his clients...

Even if this was the case, Most of us don't have static IP addresses so a minor change in the IP address should not be counted as cheating.

Yeah that's true. That's like if you are on vacation and you use the hotels Wi-Fi-network, then you have another external ip-address and if that counted as cheating, then no one would use the site when they are on vacation and that means less ad-income for the admin.

So your account wasn't fixed until today op? That was unexpected. I never thought that it could happen when you reached their max bonus. Moonbit.co.in is one of the faucets that I've known and trusted. I haven't reached 100% bonus though, but 55% yes and everything seems to be okay that time. Hope your problem will still be fixed.

No, it's still not fixed yet... I also trusted this site, and I never thought he would ban me for no reason! Just because I claimed 5 times in a row every 5 minutes, but suddenly I got banned!

It was also one of my trusted sites... But he paid every week automatically, and I got my money, but now I got banned and I don't get anything anymore so my more than 100 days of claiming everyday are not worth anything anymore  Cry Angry ...

Did you used any bot for this? If you did then they have no mercy. No cheating allowed.

No, I did not use any bots for this, but I got banned when I claimed 5 times in a row every 5 minutes I guess. Then I got banned (the amount I claim from then on isn't added to my account balance, and I don't get payouts anymore) and the owner isn't willing to help me by removing this ban. He even isn't answering my PMs to him...
