I can offer these two domain names as collateral for the $CAD 32 I owe to my credit card company. I just landed a programming job and I expect that to begin to pay out as soon as it's complete. My partner has access to 3.2 million people on another forum. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I don't know how to work transferring web domains and feel that it would be easy for a person to reposess them from the registrar?
