If anyone in Bangkok wants to buy some BTC for cash tomorrow then let me know. I want to send 1000 GBP to my brother who lives there, I have BTC or MtGox credit.

Also happy to make contacts with people who might want to in the future.

Thanks you

 SORRY FOR HIJACKING THREAD

Despite being rubbish with computers i've been mining for over a year and just replaced 2 of 4 x gpu's, 2 new gpu's dont seem to mine for some reason, Phoenix for 4 devices opens but then all close again.
Old gpu mines with extender in small slot but nothing mines from pcie slot, and new gpu wont mine from either slot.

I'm based Suan Luang, any of you able to come out for a look in exchange for cold hard coins or bahts?

Yes on Windows and now GPU's are detected, but still on start up 3 of the 4 Phoenix miners close down right away.

I'd love to join.
Not sure I'll be in town then.
Also would like to hand cash for BTC. I've really been struggling to acquire BTC through trading/exchange sites since Coinbase quit selling.
let em have it.

Now I've got a group of my friends, mostly from business side who interested to learn more about this bitcoin stuff.

However, most of them don't have any experience with bitcoin at all, so do you think we can set up a meeting with some introduction session?

We have three new members in the Google group : D

Can we arrange a meetup somewhere in Bangkok within soon, perhaps in Silum or at Siam Square?

Is this the right sub-forum for the Bitcoin Bangkok Meetup Thread or should it be in project development or something?

There is a subsection for meet ups.

It should be moved.

Ok, I have sent a message to one of the moderators.

Also, just in case any of the moderators read this - could you please move this thread?

It should be in here: Bitcoin Discussions --> Meetup

Hey guys, how did the first BKK meetup go? How many people showed up? Would you say it was a success?

Still planning the first meetup, sorry about the delay, I was not following up on this thread for a while but now it is one of my top priorities.
