IBM opens Blockchain Innovation Centre in Singapore
The project is the first collaboration of IBM with a country’s private and public sectors aimed at promoting and developing blockchain and cognitive technologies for cross-industrial needs.

As you can see Big Blue is really serious on blockchain. They are investing a lot on its implementation and I have to admit that their platform is pretty good. For anyone who's interested you can try it out by following the link
