Why would someone pay more money than you are willing to give? You should be paying at least $10 in BTC for something like this...

You want someone to provide you a service and pay in your place and yet give you extra $2 ?? for such service you should give at least $10 if not more, unless you want tsomeone to chargeback or use a hacked account, because legit people will not do it for your conditions.
