You can't cash these out ATM wise and people selling these for Bitcoins don't want fiat... they want Bitcoins and their privacy.

I see lots of legit people every day with the cards physically on them, but there are TONS of people who try to sell stolen ones obtained from flEaBay scams and other naughty things.

as kirch promted ofc i dont have the cards with me,and ofc this cards are genuine,i have the receipts and front/back photos of them,and YES i give a 48h warranty for them,if i had the cards in my hand would i trouble to exchange it for btc?
Thats why i offer them at a certain procent and sell them in internet.At the moment i have 2 left,i will get Itunes at same value,500 per each card this days.

I'd say there is about a 99.9999999% chance these are stolen cards.  Russian email for USA only cards + information only... ya...
 
The people who get robbed have an extremely hard time reversing the payments on these and it rarely happens as I understand, but the police will follow up a month or two down the road.

I made the mistake of accepting some "info only" card and they turned out to be from Ebay scams.  Had a nice long talk with a detective about that shit.

This guy probably scammed the cards themself, bought them on LocalBitcoin for 50% (common) or bought them on the deep web for 50% (common).

This type of card cant be refunded:) once you sent/used the money from them,is gone.So get that out of your worries:)

The person who got scammed can sue you in small claims court for the card balance back and have the police shake you down pretty good.
