I think the best way to quit gambling is to start looking for something that you can do to make your life have a purpose. In case you die, it would be perfectly okay because you have helped a lot of people already. Focus all your energy into finding something that helps people. Well thats a very difficult path to leave the gambling,even i am one of those who got addicted to gambling a lost shit loads of money in gambling.
