If you're using blockchain --> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1467458.0 If you're using a different wallet, then this might help --> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=990345. I do get the feel that you're going to use your account as a collateral that's why you're asking how to sign a message. Your account is not even worth 20$ and collateral should have a value higher than the loaned amount.
