Ad networks that pay per impression?

Other than A-Ads, does anyone know of any other ad networks that pay per impression?

While I'm getting my site back up and running and re-established, I would rather get paid per impression
for banner ad slots than per click.

I heard that Mellow Ads was having issues - site being down, ads not displaying, etc... True or no?

but they don't pay per impression they pay as if use bid on the add
