Change/ revolution to payment systems is already here in the form of bitcoin. It may take few more years for more countries to realize the actual need of decentralized payment system. All countries specially asian and african countries need decentralized currency like bitcoin to get proper valuation of their local currency which is currently dominated by USD.

Indeed. I like this decentralization idea and thanks to japan for they are always  open to technologies. Hope other government follow suit.I think I read somewhere that theres a cryptocurrency being on trial in japan right now.

Slowly but surely , changes to the payment system will change not only the only possible Jepan next few years many other countries
use bitcoin as a payment. because of all the special state countries Asia and Africa does require decentralization currencies like bitcoin
to get a proper assessment of the local currency which is still dominated by the USD $
