Guys, instead of dumping your CHIP below 300sat @ YoBit, it would be much wiser to use it in the PIO ICO round 2.. Right? Lol, some people..

I wanted to do so, but CHIP wallet at Yobit is, as usual, in "maintenance" so my CHIPs are blocked

Yes, I am of course talking about Yobit, not Chipcoin. It is the same problem with several (many?) coins listed in Yobit.
