People uninterested in bitcoin are just too familiar with the law, better at phrasing their arguments and even have better motivation to do so. Just see here as Jorge Stolfi, a known buttcoin troll/shill, comments with strong and sound arguments against said ETF. This ETF has been rejected and resubmitted so many times, it really stands no chance against people like Jorge and buttcoin.
