As to how to clear the issue, that we do not know for we do not know the reason for this issue. However, there was a participant who had a similar problem. And they said it was due to some "codes" they had posted. Perhaps you could ask them. Their ID was Mongwapogi.

They would be counted as two weeks of 0 posts as the weekly minimum number of posts is 10.
