Why can't you make it send 100% to address 2 and then send 10% from address 2 to address 1 as commission?

Or is this script directed for people who want to start their own affiliate programs?

why don't you use multiple send feature. send whatever % you want to any number of addresses , faucet owners use this thing for sending their faucet payments.you can find it on wallets like blockchain they have API feature too.

it will be an automated system 10% for me and 90% for other account that change

i don't want to use withdrow option for security reason
