I was just curious about users and investors in regards to Just-dice.com. JD used to be a Bitcoin dice site with over 60,000 BTC invested and now days it is a Clamcoin dice site.

to invest in a dice site bankroll i look for their popularity and since just-dice is barely known inside the community i don't like to invest there at all. it becomes too risky because the number of players are low and it can diminish at any point. i mean i don't even see them advertise anywhere !

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip. Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

Where do you invest at now days? My concern is investing BTC and losing 100% due to a sketch ball site running away.

I feel like that throws a lot of red flags for investors. (even though it's great earning) Stakes are like dividends in my eyes... if the dividend was 10% per year it would be more appealing than .19% per day. Great site but also preferred BTC over Claim for investing
Where do you invest at now days? My concern is investing BTC and losing 100% due to a sketch ball site running away. At the moment I'm testing out Betking with a small amount. I'm thinking of splitting BTC on all the dice invest sites (unless they are known to be sketchy) and see how they go.

I've only invested clam. Never invested back when it was a BTC site.
Did play with both though on JD.

I am not interested to use clam because this not widely accepted, very hard to use clam for me but bitcoin is more flexible to use, on JD i played long time ago when it was used only bitcoin for betting but when it converted to clamcoin dice, I am not playing there even it is very popular dice site.

Is your fear that you will not be able to buy / sell back to BTC if you convert to CLAM? I myself have executed larger BTC -> CLAM (gamble) -> BTC trades upwards of 20 BTC at a time OTC. The onsite /tip and /escrow functions allow for safe transactions without paying the exchange fee's. I was the same when I first came back to Just-Dice.. I used to ONLY gamble, but now I do a bit of both and earn a nice piece of the staking rewards to help back my CLAM investment. Would like to hear from others on this as well!

vote sent, I hope it helps you with your statistics BayAreaCoins ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) lets see if some of the others users want to vote and make the data more interesting, too many JD users over this 3 years can show how the things flow for that given time.

I think it is better to invest on btc and clam both, if you have the money to do it, it will make your earnings stable.

Bitcoin is the only one and the original crypto currency so that I think it will be best option for investment, Clam is not much popular like Bitcoin so that I will avoid to buy this one to play or make investment in any gambling site.

Investing with BTC makes sense, but CLAM ? I really do not understand this - it is a rather obscure alt with low liquidity - why would anyone put any amount of wealth into such a thing to begin with?

I also think Clam is not a popular coin but Bitcoin is very loved and most demanded coin around the world. From my point of btc will be good one to make invest in any dice site. I am also hesitate to use clam for investment.

As I understand it... CLAM was meant to be a downgrade. Just-dice once had over 60,000 Bitcoins invested in the bank roll. Bitcoin was at $1,000 per coin and that's a good chunk of change for dooglus to be handing. Canada then started acting sort of strange about BTC... CLAM is just like a level further away from fiat and currently has no fiat markets. CLAM is more like a cheap JD token that everyone was given for free if you owned BTC, LTC or DOGE in 2014. Basically, the distribution of CLAM is like a free voucher to Just-Dice with every address that you had in use or a free voucher anywhere else that accepts CLAM (can sell them for Bitcoins easily as well... aka "Dig n Dump".)

Bitcoin is Bitcoin. I still wonder why dooglus moved away from Bitcoin!
