I personally think Coinographic made some lovely coins.
This doesn't mean that the guy isn't a criminal though..

Yes, he ultimately scammed everyone that bought coins from him - but those "raided" coins are turning into a collectors item of their own now

As unfortunate as the events surrounding him are - Coinographic will go down in Bitcoin History because of it

That is the exact reason I am collecting them as well.

No idea whether they'll be worth anything one day...

These were not "error" coins.
The holograms have started to degrade on the underside, revealing the coin/key underneath.
Having reviewed many of the 500 coins or so that were sold, these 8 coins were found to have this.
We are not sure if this was due to heat or maybe just a run of bad holograms??
Digicoinuser can confirm this as well, as we were the 2 largest buyers of these coins.

Correct, they were not errors and all of my degraded hologram coins were sold to one user.

I have not found any more to have the degraded hologram and we're still at odds with how it happened to a very small set of coins.
