Not sure about you guys but I recently just woke up and realozed PULSE only freaking have 19 million coins. Wtf why the price is so low? DEV are active and always online everyday...

I think someone is dumping it, and want to buy more at a lowest price just like LIR today morning, someone dumped all of his LIR the price came down but the effect was not much longer and within a few hours the price rose up t height again, and those who bought at lower price today got about 15% profit within a few hours.
