[NEED] Phone verification for PayPal

As title says. Need phone verification for PayPal US.

Must be able to link address to it. While adding new number I get following message on PP:

Select the billing address for 586-XXX-XXXX
The address you select must match the one on your phone bill so that we can confirm your phone number.

- XXXXXXXXXX, Portland, OR 97203, United States
- I need to enter a new address

Let me know if you can do this with price.
