Hahaha Cheesy yeah it is. You're very unlucky that it is hacked in the middle of the transaction. Maybe you should contact him using ther methods like skype, or facebook or thru email. You know the other way to contact him? Didn't you hire some escrow in your transaction? If so, maybe what you can do is that wait for him to either contact you and pay what he has to pay. Otherwise, maybe your money was really scammed, and you need to accept it. Sorry to say Sad
