What you always do after you lose in Gambling?

I am going to go out and relax my mind and enjoy a cup of tea, i play for fun and i am ready to lose it, its like spending money for entertainment, thats why i never play big amount in gambling, if i lose big in gambling i will piss off and get agitated, that's why i control my bet limit and myself in gambling

Whenever I got busted than I had very bad feeling about gambling and it turned into worse thing, made so many promises with myslef, will do never this and get stop now but you know very well what kind of thinking a player have, again start playing after few hours for hope this will not happen again to me.

When I lose in gambling I just sit there in shock wondering what I couldve done with the amount I had lost.

Then I go on exchanges and see how much it would cost to continue the martingale or strategy.

I usually give up on buying and just send in small amounts of money to add to my losses.

I used to get seriously pissed and get drunk and mad etc. Now I
keep the betting small so if I lose its no big deal.

Its better for my sanity and im not super stressed about games all
day which affects your relationships

Being broke and busted in gambling is always obtained by every gambler who does it with full of greed and without good control. Because gambling is only a tool and gambler who runs a gambling, so wrong in this obviously those who use gambling. For out in the gambling then the key is to avoid and eliminate gambling of the mind

I occasionally do gambling and i bet only a small amount of money and every time i lose i feel like regretting on the end and i suddenly stop and go out for some fresh air and after how many hours i started  searching for games again. I really cant stop it .

My first reaction used to be going all-in to chase losses and "win it back". That didn't end well a few times.
My latest approach is to withdraw all when I'm losing to limit my losses.
Chasing losses is irrational: if you could "win it back", why didn't you do that in the first place? After losing your chances are still the same as when you started.

After a loss, I used to deposit more and play again. I often start with doubled starting amount than my last bet and aim to win the losses back. First target would be to return my negative profit to neutral , then try my luck again with a new fresh start.

when i lose i usually try to win it back but i don't pressure myself and try not to get out of my strategy that i laid out for myself before. so i stick with the plan and try to win that back to go into profit again.

What I do after lose in gambling? Nothing.. just go for other activities, I'm doing gambling only on my spare time and I always limit my budget. So I do not need to think about my busted money and I can continue my daily activities without regret.

Big or small the problem depends on you who consider the issue. If when you lose in the gambling is childhood, then that's your right. But I hope you do not then consider that gambling on something it is normal and can not give negative impact. think broadly in that you don't get toxic about gambling

Spending money for entertainment is good for example going to cinema or anything but to spend your money on gambling, it is just not worth because most people gambling to earn money not to spend money for having fun. Although you are not spending much on gambling or even using small bet too but soon or later you will get excited and spend more and more because gambling can make us addicted. So usually if i make some loss out there i would get away from my laptop, shut it down and have fun with my friends, there is the most effective way so you wont think it back again

this is the addict of gambling, every people later lose think "i can't lose more time" and continue to bet, the next hour or the next day, but is only lucky, you can lose/win unlimitate consecutive time.
i have lose bet ad odd 1.02 and win at odd 100
