I will relax my mind, its always not good when you lose even though you already prepared to lose that amount of money, but the most important things is dont blame it on other people and need to realize its a very small chances that you can win in gambling, so must learn to let it go

its hard to forget that we lose btc especially when that btc is came from signature campaign that 1month period. sad life. even in my dreams i always think of it. hahahah. i hate gambling

The best way to cope is to forget about it. There is no use thinking about it back and forth if you cannot do anything about it anymore. All you can do is to save btc from signature campaign again and go back and make your bet again. Who knows, you might be lucky this time.

Im just curious on what are the reactions of the people lossing in gambling and why they still gambling even though they are wasting there money. What are the motivations they use to play back again.

Before I start betting, I always see to it that I have a preplanned bets.. I have at least 10 sessions when betting. Since I have implemented sessions, I have not experienced losing all the sessions - I will loss average of 3 sessions a day but most of the time, I win it back and earn profits over time.

Before, I have no sessions and just betting randomly, it's when I lost a lot - it was a good experienced though and without that experiences, I would never be into where I am right now.

Whenever I stop playing for the day, whether  lose or win, I always review the pattern of winning and losing the bet.  It isn't bad to reflect or understand the flow of your previous game.  It somehow gives you understanding the pattern of some unknown possible result.  It also gives you time to take a full grip of yourself again.  Basically losing the game gives you a tendency to retaliate and play again to chase your lose but, giving sometime to think refresh you brain and will improve your way of dealing stuff in gambling.

Best thing that you can do is do something that is going to keep your minds of the loss because it is not going to help if you keep thinking about it.
I then like to watch TV or play some video games that helps me allot.

Back to the purposes we are playing gambling, I myself playing gambling for fun and playing with free money. so I was not worried when I lose and will not do anything.

Well I will refer to the title, I'm always doing blaming myself as when I am losing always in gambling.

I don't have something to do when I run out of money after playing in gambling.

Blaming myself for sure others are doing that too.

Yeah sure we always felt blame myself, because I always feel sorry, why did I realize when I lost everything.
I should be able to control yourself, or at least make a withdrawal when I benefit.

Curse is my habit when lost in gambling. It will ease the burden that exists in my brain caused by the defeat. But one thing I've never done when defeat is crying because I know losing is a risk that must be borne out when gambling.

Why would you choose to gamble again after of your loses? It is better to quit as early as you can. Gambling is not for you to stay. Just save that money you will use to gamble, I think it is better for you and you can earn by saving it.

i think i do nothing just set down silently but really feeling not good. but the good thing is that i do gambling in a limited mood. so it never hurt me more. but just give me a little jerk.

When I lose Bitcoins in I don't get frustrated and I invest in Gambling the next day after I lose Bitcoins because I do Gambling only for Fun and not for making profits....

if i am loss in gambling, i will close that gambling site, open movie site like youtube, find new movie or others, play music on my computer, then i will make coffe and smoke my cigarettes while listen a song in my computer.
