I use yobit, that is first exchange I used cause of their campaign here. There I saw how trading works and there I made my first trades. Now I don`t wish to change them, they are good for me.
Easy to use, that is what was important for me. I learned how to sell, or buy coins, there I learned something about markets and I`m satisfied with them. I recommend them to everyone, especially for beginners, they can combine their signature campaign and from there to make some first coins and then to trade with that, that is how I did it.

Fruitbasket was right, because I guess there's no site that will exchange from LTC to paypal directly so you need to go any trusted site that will exchange LTC-BTC and make some tried and tested member here to exchange your btc to paypal or coinbase is now accepting paypal so you can convert it from them.  But OP if your done I guess much better if you lock this thread already .Thanks!

Use an exchange or a site like changer.com to exchange it into Bitcoin and then you could use paxful.com or localbitcoins to convert these into paypal funds, just make sure to watch out for scammers as it is very easy to reverse a PayPal transaction.

If I'm not wrong. In fortunejack site, you can almost immediately convert your LTC to BTC. I did once but not for LTC. Later you can find a couple of well-trusted members on this forum, who takes some commission to convert your BTC to PayPal funds. Just remember don't make any trade with new members when you want money in PayPal.
