Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

got my vouch copy here is the review - This method is saturated that is using paid short-links with hitleap which doesn't work anymore even if you purchase hitleap premium. Ebook was very short - 1 page and it looks like o.p finished it in 5 mins.

Thanks for the review, I was interested in it and I would have wasted $3 on something that doesn't even work anymore.
