I like the interface and the black background though the volume seems low for now, the admin should also consider signature campaign that probably might boost participation and trading, chatting should be included also.

well so far yobit has the best signature campaign and the site is very user friendly honestly I haven't found any site like yobit.
Also I have done trading there and earned some money, now looking your site I see that I am really confused while in yobit you can
just start trading without any confusion.
But if you really want to attract people firstly you need to pay more than yobit for sig campaign, because they are a serious competition
you need to list more coins as they did already, in total I wish you the best.

Thanks for the first feedback, guys. We are in the very beginning yet, but will add more cryptocurrencies in the near future for sure. About the chat. It's present from the start. Maybe was not so visible, so I changed the style a little bit to make it more obvious.

Yeah i can see the chats but is too tiny and the white writing color does not fits the black background, just check for yourself.

When i try to write on the chat ("Chat with BTCitcoiners") when i press ENTER i get this error: "Internal Server Error". The interface seems new to me, other exchanges have one color on their interface design, also about the 2FA i like the idea to recover the account max of 2 weeks if we lost the device.
