As Cleveland has actually one of the highest density of journalists in the world, who among them will have the skills to go and see what is happening in the worst neighborhood after 6pm to 2am? First remark, it's only for seasoned war zone professional... Absolutely not for those high paid, freshly manicured men and women only eating in luxury restaurant and living in gated community... So why don't they go?
Btw what are the name of those high crime low income neighborhood? Because let's face it to lift America it's super good to work and help the top producers but not forgetting the less fortunate because they will lower the averages (data data data). Do you have any YouTube clip to recommend? Or any street view streets to recommend?
And secondly I would personally send a drone first ;-) and take a very extensive insurance policy in case of a loss of contact with it
